Is the free plan a trial?

No. It runs for as long as you want it to, with every feature switched on, for up to 10 users. Plenty of small programs never leave it.

What happens when we pass 10 users?

Nothing locks. The price above covers 50 active people; tell us how many you expect to have and your quote comes back.

Do program administrators count towards the price?

No. Administrators and coordinators are free, however many of them you need.

Are there setup or implementation fees?

None. Setup is a conversation and an import, and someone from the team walks you through it.

The price above is a program of fifty active participants. Above or below that it moves with the count, and you decide who counts as active: a cohort that finished months ago should not still be on your invoice.

Administrators and coordinators are free, however many you have.
You mark participants active or inactive yourself, at any time.
Programs, cohorts, mentors and mentees are unlimited; only active participants count.
The price is quoted once, with no implementation project attached to it.

50% for education

Universities, schools and student programs pay half. It applies to the whole subscription and stays in place after the first year.

10% for paying yearly

One invoice instead of twelve, and the same discount in every country on this page.

Enterprise add-ons

White labeling — your own domain, logo and sender address — and SAML single sign-on sit outside the plan and are priced separately. Say what you need when you ask for a quote and it comes back in the same number.
