All persons who benefit from “MENTORNITY” services, who have access to “MENTORNITY” and who serve in “MENTORING, COACHING and ADVISING PROGRAM” with any of them in “MENTORNITY” are deemed to have accepted the user agreement.

A) Definitions

• MENTORNITY : Mentornity LLC mobile, desktop applications or mentornity.com website.

• ORGANIZATION : MENTORING, COACHING, ADVISING program owner on “MENTORNITY”

• USER : All mentors, consultants, experts, coaches, instructors, mentees, teacher or “ADMINISTRATORS” on “MENTORNITY”

• ADMINISTRATOR : The “USER” who authorized to manage a “MENTORING, COACHING, CONSULTANCY PROGRAM” of “ORGANIZATION”.

• PROGRAM : Communication, planning, scheduling and sharing platform has consultants, experts, coaches, trainers, mentees, mentors, students and/or group members, students under the responsibility of “ORGANIZATION” on “MENTORNITY”.

B) Terms of Use

• “MENTORNITY” can change these rules or add new rules. The announcement of update can be send via e-mail, blog and “MENTORNITY” social networks.

• “ORGANIZATION” has responsibility of sending invitations via MENTORNITY or via third-party tools to add USERS to the PROGRAM.

• “USER” has the responsibility of its content (image, video, audio, comment, text, rating, feedback, information) on “MENTORNITY”.

• It is prohibited to share illegal content on “MENTORNITY” and to use humiliating expressions of individuals and institutions, to make religious or political propaganda, insulting others, smearing and using “MENTORNITY” for illegal activities.

• “MENTORNITY” has no responsibility about perfection or expertise of mentors, consultants, coaches, teachers or instructors on “MENTORNITY”.

• “MENTORNITY” has Google Analytics, Google Adsense, Zopim or any third party service cookies (cookies) or “MENTORNITY” cookies for tracking, analyzing, measuring and evaluating “USER” behavior on “MENTORNITY”.

• “MENTORNITY” can communicate with “USER” in physical or electronic environment about MENTORNITY “services, third-party products and services, other mentoring, coaching, consulting, entrepreneurship, education, leadership, innovation, development “PROGRAM”s.

• “MENTORNITY does not send or sell USER information such as “USER” contact information, comments and feedback, meeting notes, etc. with third-parties.

• “MENTORNITY” can analyze, compile and process “USER” data which is e-mail, phone number, name, profile page and contents, group page and content for business development and software development.

• “MENTORNITY” is not responsible for any disruptions or damages arising out of circumstances such as delays, broken connections, data loss, cyber attacks that occur in the cloud or special servers that are rented, serviced and / or owned.

• The team “MENTORNITY” strives to keep “MENTORNITY” up-to-date and operational. However, “MENTORNITY” can not be held responsible for delays, interruptions or damages caused by faults or faults found in “MENTORNITY” software.
